- INJECTION : It is a process where the granulated raw material goes through a tube. Under the effect of the heat the raw material gets soft. Then it is melted with the masterbatch and roughly push into a mould where it will take the shape of the finished product.
Example of products : Champagne flute, glasses, cups, trays, containers, coffee pots etc.
- THERMOFORMING : It is a process obtained by combined actions : heat, pressure and vacuum to stick the plastic sheet on the shape to be formed.
Example of products : Salad boxes, plates, lunch boxes, serving trays etc.
- EXTRUSION : It is a process where the granulated raw material goes through a tube. Under the effect of the heat the raw material gets soft. Then pushed by a screw into a drawplate, it becomes a sheet with specified thickness calibrated by cylinders. This sheet is rolled on a core.
The extruded rolls are further used by the thermoforming area to make the products.
